Reg CF As of March 28, 2025
2025 is off to a good start for small, independent, private businesses, funding far outpacing last year. With several reporting days still ahead of us for the month of March, small/medium (SMIB) independent businesses have already raised over, $46 million dollars through, direct to the market, Regulation Crowdfunding*. This is well over the $41.6 million raised in Q1 2024.
$105 million has been raised via Reg CF so far in the first quarter, a nearly 20% increase over Q1 2024.
* Regulation Crowdfunding; under current regulations, enables small businesses to raise up to $5 Million (In a 12-month period) directly from the market, their customers, their community, over the internet, through SEC regulated Portals. Update on The Shack Mobile Studio
After my move to Bend last fall it has been slow going. The extreme cold makes it difficult to work, I didn’t get much done, until lately, putting the polish back on The Shack, getting ready for the festival season.
