Dream Acres is an unusual concept in the business incubation & community investment fund arena. Most often these types of operations are either nonprofit organizations or the participation is generally reserved for the wealthy. Not the Dream Acres concept, we see the direction of the Trump administration and the new investment regulations as opening a new era in community investing. that combines an and education concept focused on America’s heritage and our rapidly advancing technological future. There is a strong emphasis on food production and the therapeutic benefits of nature. A business center that combines the tranquility of the natural world with the realities of our technological future.

We are looking for a suitably zoned farm property to lease 3 - 5 acres. near the boarders of urban growth, ideally the farm’s current owners would like to participate, to some degree, in this largely agriculture related project and be willing to exchange a portion of the value for an equity position in the project.

The Dream Acres concept includes a for profit diversified community investment fund and a equity participation business incubator. Unlike most business incubators, which usually operate as nonprofits, and community investment programs, which generally favor participation by wealthy investors, our goal is to develop a fund that provides investors of all levels the opportunity to share in the success or failure of community businesses.
